Parent-child-contact-problem (Alienation)
This course on the common family court allegation of "parental alienation" is designed for lawyers. However, the material will also be of interest to other professionals involved with the family court system.
Presented by Pamela Cross and Peter Jaffe, the course explores why children may not want contact with a parent, the intersection of this allegation with family violence, Canadian case law and strategies for lawyers and the courts.
