Provincial All-Candidates Forum in Durham: Issues important to women & their families

A Durham region Provincial All-Candidates Forum will be held on Thursday May 3.

Hosted by The Violence Prevention Coordinating Council of Durham (VPCC) in collaboration with The Canadian Federation of University Women (CFUW) and The Business & Professional Women’s Club of Durham, the Forum will begin 7:00 pm and take place at the Abilities Centre, 55 Gordon Street, Whitby.

We want to know what the leaders of our local provincial parties have to say about the issues that are important to women and their families. We want a public conversation between parties to hear where they stand on important issues such as:

  1. Ending violence against women
  2. Ending women’s economic inequality
  3. Supporting women’s leadership and organizations

The Durham Federal Forum was standing room only – so hurry and register now for the Durham Provincial All-Candidates Forum.
