Wording to limit tracking and monitoring

A court order can tell an abuser not to spy on you and your children.

  • use any monitoring device or software to track the movements, communication or online activity of [names of woman and children]
  • use any program or device to gain direct or remote access to any computers or electronic devices belonging to [names of woman and children] or install any program for the purposes of monitoring or tracking [names of woman and children] for any reason whatsoever
