For many people, summer is a time to slow down, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy a change of pace.

For women leaving abusive relationships, there is no pause button.

Intimate partner violence does not take a summer break. Family court matters continue. Safety concerns remain urgent. Women across Ontario continue to need access to legal information, support, and resources as they navigate separation, parenting arrangements, financial uncertainty, and the complexities of family court.

At Luke’s Place, our commitment to women experiencing intimate partner violence continues throughout the year. We are here to provide the information, services, and support women need to understand their legal rights and navigate family court safely.

This summer, we are launching our Summer Justice Fund to help ensure that women across Ontario can continue to access critical legal support when they need it most.

For many survivors, reaching out to Luke’s Place is an important first step toward understanding their options and building a safer future. A timely conversation with a legal professional, access to accurate legal information, or support from a Family Court Support Worker can make a meaningful difference during a challenging and uncertain time.

Your support can help ensure women across Ontario continue to have access to critical legal information and support when they need it most.

Donate to the Summer Justice Fund today and help ensure no woman must navigate family court alone.

Justice doesn’t take a summer vacation—and neither does our commitment to ensuring women have access to the support they need to move forward safely.
